Shipping Information :
Portraits, reproductions and custom oil paintings includes shipping charges for the U.S. when ship rolled. Standard sizes oil painting reproductions and oil painting portraits can be shipped on stretcher bars
and set in a frame upon request for additional charges up to size 30x40 inches for U.S. only. Oil paintings are shipped rolled in a tube for all oil paintings unless agreed otherwise.
Oil paintings are ship by USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. Prices are for U.S. Shipping to other countries is for oil paintings only and the charges are $38
or less for any quantity of paintings, no bars or frames shipped to other countries.
Shipping charges below are for the first painting. Additional paintings have no additional shipping and handling charges

Receiving your package :
When receiving your order, please pay close attention to the packaging. If you notice damage to the carton or suspect damage, open the package immediately, please have the driver take note of the damage and have a signed copy acknowledging damage. If damage is found after the carrier has left,
save the carton and all packaging material for a future inspection and call the carrier immediately for the proper procedure to be followed for your claim.
Recycling Policy :
To help save our forests we reuse and recycle our boxes and packaging material. Your order may be shipped in reused boxes and materials.
Return Policy :
Our prices are the lowest and your satisfaction is guaranteed for paintings in stock. Purchases can be return within 5 days after receipt of payment for a refund excluding Shipping and Handling charges and restocking fee of 25% of the painting price. Absolutely NO REFUND on custom orders, portrait,
reproduction, stretched or framed paintings. All sales are final, no returns or exchanges for stretched or framed paintings, frames, bars and tools. Damaged or lost packages contact the shipper directly. USPS and FedEx Insurance is offered at an additional fee. We do not replace product that arises from damage or loss.
Claims are to be filed directly with the shipper.
